Processing & Orders

Bé Yaya currently ships within the United States only. If you experience any difficulties during checkout, please feel free to contact us at hello@learnwithbeyaya.com. We are always happy to help and will do our best to support you every step of the way.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays, from San Diego, California. After processing, delivery time usually ranges between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

As a small, family-run business rooted in creativity and care, there may occasionally be slight delays during busy seasons. Please know we are committed to preparing and shipping your items with great attention and heart. Your understanding means a lot to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.
  • Please note that gift cards, limited edition bundles, seasonal items, and clearance products are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" But Your Order Is Missing?

If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it:

  • Reach out to your local postal carrier as soon as possible. They may be able to help locate your package quickly.
  • If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please initiate a delivery claim directly with the shipping provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, it is under their care. Bé Yaya is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We take great care in packaging your items securely, and we recommend tracking your package closely once it has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
